Our office reopened on Monday, May 4th for all dental care with the exclusion of hygiene. Hygiene appointments resumed on Monday, May 11th.
We want to thank our amazing patients for being so kind and understanding during this time. Although we are eager to see each one of you again, we want to make sure we are keeping our staff and patients as safe as possible while in our office.
At this time, it will be required to have all information updated before your appointment to limit time in the office and the handling of devices. Please complete the required forms at the following link: https://forms.patientconnect365.com/15029.
We expect our phone lines to be very busy over the next several weeks. Please know that leaving a message is a great way to get in touch with us and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and call or text our office at 270-563-4819. At this time, we will text you a form that must be completed the day of your appointment. An assistant will meet you at either the front or back door and take your temperature. PLEASE WEAR A MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
We have always been very diligent with running our appointments as on time as possible. As our team adjusts to a new workflow, please be patient if you have a wait time. We will try to let you know as soon as you arrive if you might experience a wait.
Visitors and guests will not be allowed in the building or in the exam rooms at this time. If you have an appointment for a minor, please call us ahead of time to discuss the options we have for you and your child.
Although we have gone above and beyond what is expected at the state and national level with guidance from the Board of Dentistry, Governor's office, ADA, KDA, CDC and OSHA, we want you to be safe. If you are a member of a higher risk population, please consider rescheduling your appointment if you are not in pain.
When answering our screening questions before and at your appointment, please be honest. A "Yes" answer does not necessarily mean you will have to reschedule your appointment, but will require our staff to ask additional questions and make an informed decision to help keep you and everyone in our office as safe as possible.
If you have specific questions on the increased precautions our office is taking at this time, please call and we will be glad to go over our updated standard operating procedures.
We look forward to seeing you again very soon!
